We've had a cleaner from GSR coming to our house for several months now, on a biweekly schedule, and I'm really pleased with the quality of their service. The cleaner is very thorough and it makes a difference to be with a company that is so trustworthy. Sometimes communication isn't so prompt, in terms of returning messages, but I figure that's a small compromise to make! Two thumbs up.

I've used GSR for a major clean (including carpets) when we moved into a property and then for a weekly service after that, so we've seen a few different cleaners. They all do a good job and are pleasant to deal with and I've often left the house while they're working and haven't had any problems. There've been a few communication/language problems, for example one week we asked for the oven to be cleaned and it wasn't, and then the following week they asked about it but we'd done it ourselves by then.
If being on time is important/necessary for you I wouldn't go with this company - they are very relaxed about timekeeping, e.g. for the major clean the team was 2 hours late (it was the night the clocks went forward but that doesn't account for the second hour....).
The manager is responsive to queries, in fact in my view too keen to discuss everything to bits & has a servile manner that I'm really uncomfortable with. I have stopped using GSR now after a few months as there just seemed to be endless discussion about what what I think are pretty simple requirements - I didn't mind which day but wanted the same person to come at the same time on the same day each week.
The final straw for me was when we were informed that the price would be increasing by 26% from the next week & that they had tried really hard to keep it down but it was just not possible. And then when I said we wouldn't be continuing, suddenly it was possible to continue for the old price.
I'm just not into being stuffed around like this, I want a professional service - getting a cleaner in is supposed to be about making life easier!!!!

We use GSR as pour regular office cleaners. I needed a vacate clean done for my rental and decided to use them based on the good work they do in the office.

The work done was great. Very thorough. The windows have never looked so clean. After a long day of moving, I decided to ask if they could also help me clean the house I just moved into. Sewa was helpful and the job they did was good. They took their time and the bathrooms now look great.

Highly recommended!
