Selected this company based on the reviews here. Provided them with specific instructions. Pay more to expect good quality and service. But quality is so so. Missed out areas and kitchen appliances not even cleaned as promised. Insisted on paying on the same day with promise to come back to redo. But never did - twice - and never bother to call. Gave excuses like we are not meeting his schedule!
Quality of service and commitment is like any other cleaning services. But is significantly overpriced.

We used GSR Cleaning over a month 4 days a week whilst looking for a permanent staffer, in that time Alka from GSR was both reliable and thorough in her clean and housekeeping. There was no need to supervise or instruct her as she knew exactly what to do and consistently exceeded expectations. I would recommend GSR Cleaning to anyone wanting a reliable and thorough cleaning/housekeeping service.

Excellent communication and a thorough job performed. I spent a few minutes chatting with Sewa near the end of the job and it was a pleasure speaking with him. A small business owner myself, I found GSR to be customer-focused and easy to deal with. In particular, I found Sewa to be honest and sincere and definitely invested in running his business well. I highly reccommend this company if you are looking for an absolute satisfactory job, the house was left in a brilliant condition and sparkling, the garden area was also well looked after and made safe for our pets, the staff was amazing and friendly, all my concerns with the house were dealt with great care especially the kitchen and I was also provided with some fabolous tips in order to maintain the condition as such, I've never been happier with the end result.
