I've chosen GSR over other cleaning company I was going to use because I saw lots of good reviews of GSR on this website.

I used twice and I had trouble communicating with them I do't think I'll use again...

After first visit, I texted them to book a cleaner 2 weeks in advance but they never replied to me.
I sent another SMS to ask if they could arrange steam cleaning next time but they never replied to me.
I sent another text to confirm next appointment but they never replied to me.

So couple of days later without any reply/confirmation, I called the office to check what's happening to my appointment.
A lady advised me that nothing was arranged for me.
So she booked me in over the phone.

On the day I booked, cleaners came with no steam cleaner which I asked them....

The work itself was quite good and I'm actually happy with the result.
it's just taking lots of time and effort to organise one appointment.

I see lots of positive comments so I guess I was just unlucky I had trouble both of my appointments.

I needed an exit steam clean for the end of my lease, and GSR were incredibly helpful and accommodating on extremely short notice. Communication level and customer service was fantastic and the quality of work was high, thanks guys!

Hi Sewa,
I was very happy with the job they did. I would also recommend your company to other friends if they needed a cleaning service.
I think the initial price is quite expensive but you also organised it for me at quite short notice. I look forward to next week.

Hi Sewa.
I think they did a good job. They were careful not to damage things in the house which I highly appreciate.
They also asked whether I was happy with the clean before they left. One suggestion for improvement is to call or text if they're arriving late. Thanks Melinda

Actually in the city traffic Staff did avoid to call.

Hi Sewa,
I'm quite happy with the cleaning results. Whether the rental agent agrees, that's another story. Though I would think wiping the blinds, if done carefully, would not really break it. Soni is rather quick and has attention to details. Same goes to Ash. I did however find out later that a bag of rubbish was taken from my unit and left in the laundry room at the car park. I would appreciated it if that was put away properly in the bin.
Overall I would say a 4 stars out of 5 performance.

Thank you for your honest feedback !

I have spoke with our staff to find out the reason and found that our carpet technician did this mistake (left Rubbish bag in car park laundry)

He Said in raining he couldn't find; where to throw that bag; than he put it in laundry to avoid leaving in driveway/car parking.
We are sorry for this mistake and would make sure Thai sort mistake happened at next job So we can get 5 star out 5.
