The people were fine the venue disgusting.
The dirty red garbage bin was right at the door with past overflow on the ground next to it The garden had few plants but lots of tall weeds and dead palm fronds on the garden and path to trip over. The reception area floor carpet needed a shampoo it was truely filthy. Not required service items like the Catholic cross we asked to be removed were just jumbled in the corner in full view.

Following the death of a very close relative who had a Prepaid funeral plan with this business, I needed to organise the funeral and cremation. A meeting of approximately an hour was organised with a small group of immediate family to organise our requests. Very few requests were made, however very simple requests such as what needed to be done with personal jewellery items and collection of ashes were not communicated to the family and this caused a great deal of distress. I would have thought that communication with family would be a paramount skill required in this business, we were disappointed.
