Tom was extremely prompt in responding to my initial enquiry, and cleaned my neglected guttering of decades of crud with a minimum of fuss. After that job was handled so well I asked him to look into a leak that had been causing internal problems. He investigated, took photos and explain exactly what the problems was and how it could be fixed. His work was done exactly in the time planned. His communication regarding the jobs was terrific, he explained clearly and answered my questions easily. All rubbish was removed after the job. I would recommend Tomkat Roofing to anyone wanting prompt, friendly, efficient and professional roofing repairs.

We ordered Spanish Omelette and Banana Pancakes for breakfast. Very delicious. Also a good variety of other breakfast /brunch favourites available. Coffee very enjoyable. Service was friendly and prompt. Alfresco area with outdoor heating; essential for Canberra's crisp mornings. Very pleasant area family friendly with a grassy area for kids to play. Parking close by.

The massage therapist was able to provide me with relief from long standing lower back, neck and shoulder pain. She listened to my concerns about my aches and skilfully addressed each area, and made me feel at ease. The centre was clean and the reception staff were very helpful and friendly. I was also able to claim the treatment on my health fund which made it even better. A friend recommended this therapist, as she had several massages through various stages of her pregnancy and found the treatments really helped her discomforts too. Definitely will continue to use this service. The parking on the premises was a bonus in busy Bankstown.

Following the death of a very close relative who had a Prepaid funeral plan with this business, I needed to organise the funeral and cremation. A meeting of approximately an hour was organised with a small group of immediate family to organise our requests. Very few requests were made, however very simple requests such as what needed to be done with personal jewellery items and collection of ashes were not communicated to the family and this caused a great deal of distress. I would have thought that communication with family would be a paramount skill required in this business, we were disappointed.

Coffee shop is ALWAYS so clean and inviting. Staff make an extra effort to remember customers names and regular orders. Genuinely friendly and helpful.

Relatively new eating place in the area. Excellent customer service, genuinely friendly and made our dining experience very comfortable. The owner "Jenny" is always visible and make sure the guests are well fed and satisfied. Her homemade biscuits are an absolute treat at the end of a great meal. Whether the meal was for 2 or 10 our dining experiences have been extremely positive

Very friendly and helpful staff, from the most junior apprentice to the more senior experienced therapists. My treatment there are always performed efficiently and with attention to detail. Street parking car be a bit of a challenge, however I am learning where the parking stations are nearby so that hiccough is being worked out.

Staff are always friendly and accommodating. My stylist listens to my needs and has always produced a haircut for me that is ideal for my lifestyle, but is edgy and with an achievable look that I can maintain easily at home. Product has never been pushed on me or promoted unnecessarily. Their loyalty card is a bonus.
