Had a telephone appointment to try set up a mental health plan - doctor was rude and dismissive and just sent me a link to another service without setting up any plan. Called back again a few days later as the service they referred me to couldnt see me for a week. I spoke to another doctor who was also very rude and just told me to go back to my regular GP (which I don't have as I don't usually go to the doctor) he then proceeded to hang up on me - not good for someone seeking help with mental health!!!! Don't bother going here if you need help.

I like this clinic. Rashmi used to be my doctor but she moved and I haven't clicked with anyone else here. But for something casual, this place is easy to get into, staff are friendly. Jackie gets a special mention because she the most bubbly lady I've met in my life!
Can't complain.

Guardian medical has been my preferred medical centre for 5 years. Not only is it conveniently located for me but it also has everything in the one spot - general practitioners, dentists, pathology and a pharmacy onsite. The Dr that I see is very experienced and I always feel valued as a patient. My appointments are never rushed, she always listens to the symptoms before making a diagnosis and she has always been spot on with her assessments. Reception staff are always friendly and professional. Overall, a great service.

This medical clinic is in a good location, i.e. very close to Highpoint and a public-transport hub and they do bulk-billing. Generally they are ok, but they seem to have extremely long wait times even if you have an appointment with them. On this one occassion I had booked for a travel vaccination and the nurse didn't explain that they were not covered under the bulk billing policy. When I arrived it also turned out that the receptionist didn't even write my appointment in the book. I was told the wait would be about $40 minutes. I would definitely go to a non-bulk billing place next time.

This medical center is conveniently located on Rosamond Road outside Highpoint Shopping Center, and would be highly convenient if it wasn't appointment-only! The staff are friendly and professional and the doctors are experienced, however the doctor I saw was a little dismissive of my problems and seemed to want to diagnose something quickly rather than listening to all my symptoms. Expect to wait a while after your booked appointment time to actually see a doctor - on two appointments I have had to wait over an hour to be seen. Walk ins are not available and bulk billing is only available for health care card holders.
