We called you on the Tuesday to see if you could replace a whole bathroom from a spa bath to a walk in shower and by Friday we had a new shower and new plaster. Not only did you work on the property for a full two days on short notice but you ordered the most reasonably priced shower for the allocated area and did all the organising yourself. In such a stressful time we didnt have to think of a single thing. Sadly my father in law has now passed away but those few days that we dealt with you were easy. I had a blocked drain - called Scott from guardian. He was there very quickly and used his drain camera and hydrojetter to clear the drain. The problem is fixed and scott was friendly and approachable (not to mention very FAST).
