The doctors I've seen here are OK but probably no better or worse that I have encountered elsewhere in the ACT. The admin staff though are disinterested at best; unprofessional and rude at worst and I would not recommend the practice on that basis alone. I didn't feel comfortable there and wont be going back. I would advise the doctors to keep a better check on them as it is clear that one of the practice managers is the worst offender.

I urge caution. They charge above the scheduled fee and the attention may not be value for money. I received much better care at a walk-in bulk billing practice.

Just an update on this practice... Dr libby has left, dr Emily is now no longer taking new patients, even though I had an appointment. I have had my and my sons app changed several times, waited for at least an hr each time once we got an app. They didn't even have the basic set up for my 4 yr olds general check up. Really disappointing!! And expensive.

I went with my two small children. There was a play area that they loved and lots of seatings. It was very busy even though it was early and the counter staff weren't that great with service. However I saw Libby Goodchild and she was amazing! Very easy to talk to and great with the kids. The main let down is that we went a bit over time so I unexpectedly had to pay $109 instead of the $75. Despite this I will definitely go again.

The doctors here are very patient and knowledgeable as compared to other clinics that I've visited. There isn't any bulk billing as such you should expect to pay at least $80 for consultation. Still, the doctors are really attentive to patients' needs. The reception staff are very friendly too

While it is certainly a very busy practice, as a general rule I find the Doctors there to be a lot better than other nearby practices so it's worth the wait to get in.

As friendly as doctors can get here. Doctor was great and office staff were equally as helpful. This will be my regular now as it is hard to find a good doctor.

I agree with the previous reviewer Dr Collins is a very good chiroprator but does seem to rush you a little. As far as the general surgery they have a nurse, the reception is very busy they have around 3 girls working the main reception desk. They have numerous doctors most are very good. I think they allow around 10 mins per patient. They currently charge around $75 per visit (as I understand it no bulk billing). Costs more during the xmas break up to $95. Certain popular doctors you seem to have to wait a little to get in to see so may pay to plan to a little extra time if you are taking time off work.

the doctors in this medical clinic are all great, very friendly and very expirenced. i had some trouble with my neck and dr shane collins fixd it with in a couple of visits. all the dr give great advice for you to be healthy.
