We were keen to have hydronic heating installed and met with a number of companies, we went with H2o as they seemed very thorough, conscientious and knowledgeable. Nigel Hunt who owns the business came to see us initially to review our needs and then kept in close contact during the installation process. Geoff and Nick who came to install the heating were very professional, courteous and tidy! There were a number of unforeseen obstacles with the installation but the team at h2o worked hard to overcome them and kept me informed every step of the way. We had a very minor issue with one of the radiators after installation but Nigel was quick to come round and take a look himself and rectified the problem straight away. We are very happy with the finished product and I would have no hesitation in recommending Nigel and his team to anyone thinking of having hydronic heating installed.
