Tony was very clear in setting our expectations regarding the job to get connected to the sewer in North Warrandyte. His quote was detailed and clear which was not the case in some of the other quotes. And he explained clearly why he was proposing what work was required. The work was done within the quoted timeframe and they cleaned up really well. I got him to do a couple of extra jobs I wanted to do whilst they were onsite.

My history with plumbers has not been great so I was delighted when Jared turned up on time, gave me a proper report and quote, and cleaned up after himself when he was done. Oh, and he did a great job on the bathroom fixtures as well! H2Pro are definitely keepers. :)
