Wonderful vetrinary practice. Best experiences I've ever had for both my cat and my dog. They're knowledgeable, skilled, compassionate and don't upsell 'remedies' or treatments you don't need. Full of good and wise advice on behaviour, care, medications etc. I love it there and am so glad I found them.

I have used this vet service since 1984. In that period of time I have had eight cats, numerous strays both cats and dogs, ferals and injured birds taken care of by the staff there. I cannot speak highly enough of their care and compassion on every occasion. Sure, sometimes you have to wait for everyday treatment if there is a queue...but doesn't that indicate that a lot of people appreciate their services? I'd give them ten stars if I could!

Both our staffys have been looked after here since they were puppies. We've always received outstanding service thats compassionate and caring. Highly recommended.

Tanya, Helen, Kerry and the staff here have always been very professional and caring over the 10+ years that they cared for my beloved cat who died recently.

Not only did they provide excellent medical and health care, but they were very compassionate and friendly as well. Whenever I went away for more than a few days, I would board my cat there, and he would always return home happy and relaxed, a sure sign of good treatment.

Recently when he was diagnosed with cancer, they did everything possible to provide the best treatment that their facilities allowed for, and when he died they not only sent me a condolences card, but made a small 'memorial' donation to an animal charity on my behalf.

I don't normally go to this vet but have had to a few times as my mother in law takes her animals there. Every time it is a very long waiting time. There a quite a lot of students there. Not very helpful. Very basic service

They found my cat who was lost for 2 years and called my number on his microchip. And they kindly lent me a cage to carry him home in. Unfortunately Ive moved since I lost him and when I took him home he was unfamiliar with the surroundings and I lost him again :(

I've used these vets for nearly 20 years and always found them to be professional, expert, empathetic, and very willing to recommend a specialist consultation when necessary.

had bad experiences each time I went to this office, staff seem not to care too much and werent very helpful, probably quite adequate in providing vet care but have had much much better sevice at other hospitals, I gave up going there
