I have been seeing Dr Blaceline Costelo-Sayo for 5 years now. She is very thorough, friendly and helpful. I highly recommend her if you are looking for a GP. Staff are all very helpful. Very clean professional practice.

I can highly recommend Hackam Medical Centre as a first rate medical practice, and it conveniently has a first rate Pharmacy almost next door. I have been going to Hackam Medical Centre since it first opened. It is light and bright with comfortable waiting room, however their is never long to wait. They bulk bill and offer a wide range of services. They have excellent opening hours open until 10 pm weeknights and also open on weekends. Almost always offer same day appointments. Both male and female doctors are available to access. All the staff from the Administration, Nurses, Doctors, Dietitian, are attentive incredibly professional, respectful, helpful and friendly assisting in any way possible. It is always easy to find a car park. We are fortunate to have such a wonderful medical centre nearby.

Don't recommend! I went to see Dr. M Alam, it was a very quick 5 minutes consultation as he could not do the little procedure to take out a little ear ring remnant in my ear lobe. So, the next day, I asked for a referral letter to a specialist instead (he said I could get one) BUT was told to go back for another consultation - what a rip off when he already knew the problem which he couldn't fix! "Money grab" mentality or excuse, not in the interest for patient!

myself and my family love to go to this medical centre. It is great that they bulk bill, have a large range or services and almost always have same day appointments due to the large number of doctors. They are recently renovated the centre making it larger.

I have been to this doctors surgery quite a few times and continue to go back there as they bulk bill. Most of the time I have something fairly simple to treat for example a cough or cold so happy to go her get bulk billed with some medication and I'm off.
They have excellent opening hours open till 10pm weekdays and also open on the weekend.
Can also get in on the day if I am in a hurry to see a doctor.

I have been going to this surgery since 1998 and let me tell you its one of the best doctor surgery around. They have male & female doctors that have been in the centre since 1998. The staff at reception are always friendly and they try their best to fit you in to see a doctor on the day. The surgery hour have been changed and they are also open on sat & sun half day which makes it easier.

I have been having a regular microdermabrasion service at Hackham Cosmetic Clinic for nearly a year now. I get a loyalty discount for my repeat business and the service has corrected a skin complaint I have had since childhood. This is a friendly, caring and professional clinic and the staff treat each client with utmost attention and pampering.

I went there to get the script and for headcold. This doctor was listening my chest with his stethoscope on my back and told that there are few odd looking moles, if I don't mind can he look at those. I said yes and he looked at and suggested get one taken out. He took it our and it was melanma. this doctor saved my life. I am very thankful that I went to this surgery. they have very good staff, skin cancer clinic, cosmetic clinic. Beautiful and friendly staff. I have changed my surgery and started seeing this guy. It is bulk billing but this doctor charged about $100 to take out the melanoma which is much cheaper for saving my life. I love this clinic
