Haggle co has the WORST customer service ever. My wife ordered some furniture from the woodville park branch and paid $650 deposit she then rang up and cancelled the order a week later , the stock wasn’t even delivered , they said they will keep the deposit in full . I then asked if we could use it for other furniture purchases and they said NO. Then we rang back 2 hrs later and asked if we could still keep the original order and pay the balance due and the answer was NO .???? She had already cancelled it in her system so they will keep the $650 deposit and if we want any furniture we have to start again!! Never use them again.

Went into haggle co port road while 2 lady’s weee helping customers 3 men all stood near the counter not even moving could not bother coming down to me to see if I needed help I was standing near the lounge for well over 10 mins not one came down to see me to busy holding up the counter and talking with each other I stood here writing this review well there loss I had cash in my pocket

Picked up a display unit from warehouse when got home and opened box wood all split at front but Haggleco would not replace as said if not checked at time of collection not responsible

This was a terrible shopping experience.

Perhaps being young and sweet looking (apparently; although I am definitely not these things!) means that a person is not entitled to the same respectful treatment as other potential customers?

I don't want to slander this store in any way. But I have a soft voice and I'm a bit shy, and my attempts to haggle, as encouraged in the ads, were met with a response I wasn't super comfortable with.

I was offered some pillows as a 'sweetener' with no reduction in price whatsoever. This was disappointing given that the furniture seemed perhaps overpriced if the idea was NOT to haggle.

I didn't offer them ridiculous prices or do anything out of the ordinary, just attempted to bring the price down a little.

I would recommend going in with a bloke or a woman who seems authoritarian if you plan to purchase something from this store, unfortunately.

Bought whole bedroom suites including mattress from here and they genuinely are very cheap on bundle deals. And as the name of the company infers, you need to Haggle, but they do have their limit. Delivery is very prompt too. One of the Furniture shops you should explore when looking for furniture
