The customer service (if you want to call it that) is deplorable, no interest, seemed rather bored and so unfriendly. We were after some magazines and a lotto ticket and we couldn't find what we were looking for, we asked for assistance and she just pointed in the general direction. We tried looking again and gave up, decided to just get a lotto ticket, this just seemed to be too much for her, no smile, no hello, no thank you. Well we wont be back.

How rude! The woman working here is not so pleasant, doesn't seem to know what customer service is. I wanted to purchase a couple of lotto tickets, oz lotto being one of them. I hadn't tried oz lotto before so I asked a few questions, the look on her face was 'don't waste my time' and she spoke to me like I was stupid. She also spoke to another customer in this way and I could see how embarrassed he was. We then rushed out the door and definitely will NOT be returning. So very disappointing, didn't deserve our business.
