Hair Diorsa did not fail to disapoint, and I can be one picky client! The ladies were lovely and attentive and the salon was pristine. I had a full scattered head of foils done, a cut, blowdry and treatment and came out the happiest I have been in years with a hairdresser. The cut was perfect, colour was just as she described and the whole experience was lovely, quiet and relaxing. I will be going back.

Noura did a beautiful job on my hair. She took plenty of time and asked a lot of questions to really understand exactly what i wanted to achieve. I went a lot shorter than I was initially planning but it looks great and it needed doing. The colour is great as well. Very happy.

I made an appointment a couple of days ago for an appointment at 4.30 this afternoon. I arrived early around 4.20, was seated, given a cape and offered a drink...and then for the next hour I sat there without being further acknowledged or updated. The salon wasn't extremely busy, and a person who entered the salon some time after me commenced her treatment.

Eventually I got up and said I had to leave - to which no-one seemed surprised or bothered to ask why.

One of the hairdressers who seemed to be the senior hairdresser seemed to be spending a large amount of time straightening one person's hair - while there were two of the junior hairdressers sitting around doing nothing.

I have been here before and encouraged to write a positive review as I had a positive experience - so felt it only fair to share my extremely negative experience.

Yes, I understand they were busy over Christmas, however if they were so overbooked that they could not fit me in, then they should not have given me an appointment at all.

I cannot believe I left work early especially for the appointment, sat there for almost an hour with no recognition or update, and no concern as to why I left.

The cut is sleek, the colour gets compliments everywhere and it seemed that she too enjoyed doing the job which is always an extra bonus. Great service, I'd love to come back!

First time at Hair Diorsa my daughter gave me a voucher as a gift for Style cut and foils etc received an excellent result so impressed by Noura's professionalism and passion for achieving the best results for my hair. Have not received this level of service and in years.
