This is honestly the worst hair dresser I've ever been to. All I wanted to get done was my regrowth and now I'm left with orange and purple hair. I went back the following day explaining what happened and demanding the management staff to fix the mistake of the staff and there wasn't much they could do. Poor customer service and poor hair dressing skills I recommend no one to go there.

WARNING: Do NOT go to hair in the square at bankstown. It is the worst hairdresser i have ever been to!!!!! I asked for a side fringe & they couldn't even do that. The staff working there cut my fringe above my eye brows it looks so hideous, they are lucky i don't really care about hair because i know it will grow back but that's not the point, i asked for something so simple & it just annoys me because now i have to wear bobby pins in my hair till in grows out. If you can avoid this hairdresser you should.

I have been using this hairdressers since January this year ,I have found them to have excellent service every time .I have never had to wait long and I was under charged once for colour ,cut and blow-dry .I always get a great cut from Zena and my children have also had great cuts here ..Thanks team for an awesome hairdresser that while cheap in prices is definitely not nasty on cuts etc received. I'm very happy with this hairdresser and I've had some shockers in the past!

my sister in law and i visited here just before christmas. we sat there for 5 hours to get hair cut, coloured and styled. they seemed to cut everyone else's hair and left us sitting there whilst they chatted and giggled. on top of that pricing was different to the advertised signage and they had no eftpos or credit. after 5 hours we wanted my 2 yr old nieces hair cut and they told us to come back in 25 minutes cause they didnt have time. Hair cut was surpringly not too bad but service was disgusting.

This has to be the worst hairdressing salon in the area. It took 2hours and 10 mins to get a cut and blow dry. The girls were all giggling and laughing amongst themselves and the cut I recieved was appaling. My hair was all one length when I entered the salon and the girl just hacked chunks of hair from all over. All I asked for was a trim. Disgusting job. To top things off, the sign out the front reads-ladies shampoo, cut and blow dry $35, I was charged $50. I'll never return. Customers beware....
