Always great service, friendly staff .

Am reviewing after being harrassed by the salon via Instagram (they searched my name and tried to make me pull down a review of me being disappointed with them!). I had an anxiety attack in the salon and the manager didnt handle it well at all! The dye came out a little darker than I liked, which was fine, but I was a little sad. She was so rude towards me, and I was forced to leave in tears. After posting a review that wasnt that harsh, they harrassed me on Google Reviews AND Instagram, threatening me they would take it further if I didnt remove it! (They never took it further ). All the decent staff have left and were really nice. Please be careful of the woman manager and Ian - they can be rude when they recieve criticism of any kind.

Having grown my hair fairly long, it was time for a change and a new style..
I found a couple of mid length styles that would easily work with my hair, took the photos to Hair Razor Salon in Frankston and (as was recomended to me) had Ian cut my hair
Well... !!! he spent the whole time bantering with his co workers and generally showing how unprofessional he could possibly be
And the result was that my hair looked like it was cut by a butcher !! AND it looks NOTHING like what i requested
It is now three weeks later and I am still trying to deal with 3cm bits sticking up from the top of my head, and hiding under hats and beanies

Disaster !!
Would never go there again

The service I have experienced at this salon has markedly deteriorated in the last 12mths. Since a few of their really talented staff left, their new employees have been nowhere near the salons previous standard. Incredibly disappointed as my family has been going there for over 5yrs, but we will not be returning. The colours my daughter and I have had the last few times we have been, are nothing like what we've asked for. Definitely will no longer be recommending this salon anymore.

Ever since I first visted hair razor, i will never go to another hair dresser again. Friendly and experienced staff, they know everything about hair. Price is well worth it

Spent many years going to this friendly salon,prices are reasonable. clean shop most times quite busy. sometimes able to fit you in if you walk in off the street, but prefer appointment.

After visiting many other salons over the past 12 years I was very happy to discover Hair Razor. Staff are very friendly, professional and great at what they do. They ensure their customers are looked after well and best off all, are very affordable!

This place is one of the most affordable hairdressers in Frankston, but also very good value for money. They have great packages and all staff are highly experienced
