I have been with Linda for approximately 10 years and she has never disappointed me. She is an awesome person and so is her team. Good Job to all

After making an appointment and being reassured it would be fine as I only have a half hour window to get it done, and even making the appointment the next day when they are not busy.. I get in there and they are all busy with one lady having just sat down a man who walked in, right on my appointment time. Then, when I ask about my appointment, there is no apology or explanation, I just get attitude, like it is my fault that they have stuffed me around. Their attitude was disgraceful Very unimpressed. Will never go back. If you have a whole day to wait around for them to eventually get to you, youll be fine here, but if you want your hair cut at a certain time, you will have to go somewhere else or risk getting attitude.

My partner goes here to get his haircut by Linda - a lovely lady - and is happy with the cut and service. So I thought I'd give it a go. Unfortunately, this was not the place for me. My partner has short, straight hair, and Linda does a good job for him. I on the other hand have long, curly hair. I soon discovered Linda did not understand how much curly hair actually curled, even though I pointed this out right from the start and advised her not to cut my fringe too short, she did, and now I barely have a fringe. In addition, I asked her not to layer my hair - and she did anyway. In short - good for straight hair, but not recommended if you have curly hair.

The ladies at Hair Tecknics are lovely and really helpful. They take a genuine interest in you and are not phoney like at some other hairdressers. They don't fall all over the guys when they come in - everyone is treated the same.

One of the best haircuts I've had comes from this salon, they do the best hair treatments and leave you feeling pampered and looking great, will come back soon.
