Agreed on a time to do the work and gave us a day and time. We re-arranged our appointments to suit his time. Then less than an hour before the appointment, he cancelled stating he only serviced the Rockingham area.

My partner goes here to get his haircut by Linda - a lovely lady - and is happy with the cut and service. So I thought I'd give it a go. Unfortunately, this was not the place for me. My partner has short, straight hair, and Linda does a good job for him. I on the other hand have long, curly hair. I soon discovered Linda did not understand how much curly hair actually curled, even though I pointed this out right from the start and advised her not to cut my fringe too short, she did, and now I barely have a fringe. In addition, I asked her not to layer my hair - and she did anyway. In short - good for straight hair, but not recommended if you have curly hair.

I had my carpets, rugs and lounge suite steam cleaned. Terry had this huge powerful machine that did everything and could be taken up to the apartment in one go. We asked if he would like some help moving the furniture, but he said he could do it all himself. And he did - every nook and cranny under every piece of furniture was cleaned - and cleaned really well. The rugs looked like new and the sofa which was had a bad stain on it came, was spotless. The price was really reasonable. Probably because he only took just over two hours to do all the work. The other companies told me this would take 6 hours and quoted accordingly. The end result was great - so all I can say is that the lesser hours and price was because of the excellent equipment that Terry used. In addition, both Terry and Karen were very helpful when making the booking and assisting with receipts, etc. And just a lovely couple to boot. I am so happy to have found a great Steam Cleaning Company who I can continue using without having to do the research again. Thanks Terry and Karen - and Thanks WOMO
