Terrible experience... made an appointment, then after being sat to wait for 20mins I asked how long it would be and go the run around... in the mean time I can hear 2 staff member talking about me and how they are too busy so "she'll just have to wait, its too bad"... after 45 mins and not even having anyone come and update me, I just walked out and will never return...

Really helpful staff! Had my hair done and it was great; plus bought top quality products. My friend had a navel piercing for just $20, including the jewellery.

I needed silver shampoo and have had trouble with the product before.When i approached the young girl and explained my query she listened and asked me questions about my past experience, then took me to the right department and showed me several products that she thought would meet my needs. She then continued with her restocking shelves

The products there are really great for your hair. They are top of the art products but they come with quite a big price tag.

This store has everything that any other Hairhouse Warehouse has except the service is just exceptional. I have been in there for several products and the staff have been so very friendly and helpful.
