We normally get chinese from here once a month, and when my husband wasn't getting an answer when trying to ring up and order, he headed off in the car and decided to keep trying on the way there to phone through our order. (we live half an hour away from jimboomba)When he arrived, there was a sign in the window saying they were closed for nearly 2 weeks. He drove all that way for nothing!!!(and there was another lady in the carpark that had done exactly the same as us) Why would they not have an answering machine message advising they were closed???? Why????

I needed replacement blades for my mower, and i got what I needed from the shelf.At the counter when I went to pay the man asked me what sort of mower I had, to check I had the right blades, and it turned out I had the wrong ones. Had he not cared he could have just put my sale through but his good service saved me a lot of hassle by nearly buying the wrong blades.

I needed some gift cards as gifts as I have a new baby and wasn't confident going out by myself, and I wasn't able to make my purchase as they only deliver to home addresses, but I dont have a mail box at home, we use a PO box. I was very disappointed I wasnt able to make my purchase.

i needed a plumbing part, and once i located a staff member and explained what i needed, he took me straight to the right section and showed me 2 options for what I needed, and explained the main difference between the 2, so it was really easy for me to get exactly what I needed. A while ago I had purchased a pram from here and when I returned to buy the double kit, they had none in stock. The lady offered to order it in for me, so I didn't have to drive up north to the other store to get it. She called 1.5 days later to advise it was already in for me.When I returned to buy it, she remembered me and went and got it from the back room without me even having to ask!

I needed silver shampoo and have had trouble with the product before.When i approached the young girl and explained my query she listened and asked me questions about my past experience, then took me to the right department and showed me several products that she thought would meet my needs. She then continued with her restocking shelves

i was doing my shopping and the bacon that i normally buy was sold out on the shelf. The only 2 staff i could see in the whole store were busy on the checkouts, so I asked the lady serving me at the checkout if there was more bacon out the back Despite being busy, she happily whizzed out the back, grabbed what I needed and added it to my purchase. Great service!!!!!

When purchasing my groceries, the staff member noticed that the easter egg I was buying had a little tear in the foil which I had not noticed. Instead of saying nothing and selling it to me (which most staff would do) she pointed it out to me and asked if I wanted another one, and then got another staff member to run back up the aisle to get the replacement one for me.Very helpful when I was shopping with my baby!

I needed a gift for my niece and the store was very full of stock and I didnt know where to head.A young girl doing stock in the same area sensed I was looking lost and asked if I wanted help.When I explained what I needed she pointed me in the right direction, and kept doing what she was doing.I found what I needed, purchased it and left.

I needed a specific type of collar for my dog, and after browsing the racks I couldnt find what I needed. The only staff I could find were talking behind the counter, so I approached the counter and asked if there was what I needed somewhere else, and she just pointed to where I had been and said "all the collars are over there". Fair enough they didnt have what I needed, but no alternative was suggested either
