Definitely not the best experience
I haven’t had my hair done in some time, normally do it myself, decided to treat myself & get a cut & colour
After it didn’t cover properly the first time, we went for round two, both times the ladies burnt my head with the water temp.
I left with dye all around my hairline & on the side my face, a basic blow dry that I could have done at home, no heat protection used in my hair second time around…
No styling as I was told when I got the quote.
Literally a 5 minute hair cut…
Needles to say I had to go straight home & did not do the shopping I had planned.
Definitely won’t be back

Hairhouse warehouse has a large range of hair products and I have always been served by hairdressers who know what they are talking about, the lady was very helpful when I brought clippers from here and helped me work out which ones were best for me
