The owner needs to acknowledge his staff not being able to achieve what they say they can instead of making excuses and attacking the customer. I ran out of there in tears today.

Deen Mos knows how to deal with clients and can cut my difficult hair the way I like it. Not an easy task! I'm a "spoiled" European woman, who worked in the show business for 40 years...Believe me, I know what I'm talking about :)

Not a quality hairdressing salon by all means, I worried the minute I arrived, an irate customer was complaining how they totally ruined her hair, unprofessionally the staff were dissing her out infront of other clients. My experience was just as awful, not only did they severely damaged my hair from root to tip, but they tried to cover it up but doing a hacksaw cut to my hair like no other hairdresser in my lifetime and with not a single ounce of sence or style. I would not waste my time or money, the majority of staff looked bored and uninterested, not what i was expecting after such good online reviews, I had to spend hundreds of dollars to fix the damage and the atrocious mess of a hair cut that will take at least a yr and a half of my time to grow out. if yuu care about style, the quality and health of your hair then do not enter. Do yourself a favour and spend a little time looking for a professional quality salon that care for their clientele and have experience. They did offer to attempt to fix the unfixable which I kindly declined of course. Thankfully my new hair dresser has started my rescue plan but its still a working progress, but its was instantly an improvement in condition and style. Please be careful and choose a well seasoned professional, most of the staff were young.

I went to Deen in the Frankston salon for over 10 years and would still be going there but we have moved to Geelong and it’s a bit far to travel. It’s been 18 months now and I have tried a few salons in the Geelong area but none have met the professionalism and outstanding performance of Hair Moves. Please move to Geelong Deen!

Customer service is excellent and the owner and their employees are very helpful and friendly.
The last time I cut and coloured my hair was about 8 weeks. So l recommend it to any one who needs to do their hair.

No sorry I wouldn't I have the rebonding done as it has wrecked my hair please don't do it unless you have a strand test first. A lot of money to spend only to have your hair wrecked & the only way to fix it is either cutting it all off or waiting until it grows out

These guys definitely know what they are doing ...My partner and I have been going there for a while now...Deen is an amazing hairdresser and the girls are very good as well...great salon atmosphere...highly recommend..
