My friend and I had our hair done in June. $350 just for the colour and not even receiving what we asked for. We both have totally different hair types/lengths and we were charged EXACTLY the same price. We are now stuck with colour that just looks like we have bad regrowth. The owner I noticed seems to put lots of pressure on his workers to get people in and out. When I’m paying over $400 I expect it done properly. Very disappointed will not be using their services ever again.

Had fouls done& I didn't get what I asked for and I specifically told them twice& went back and asked them to fix my hair and they had the cheek to ask me to pay to fix my hair again

Had my hair done by Sam very disappointed by the foils she done for me, too close to each other and very fine. I used to love this place but think its time to find another place

I stopped going there because of Sam. She is rude, if she disagrees with you goes and rant to other customers about you, pulls your hair badly, she caused me a bad pain in the neck. It should be a relaxing experience but feels like going into a snakepit of high school brats with no skills . Different story about Dom, the owner, he is good but he wasn't there the last two times I have them a chance.
They are really friendly and remember my and my husbands name each time we go. My husband thinks Matt is great, and looks forward to going to get his hair cut! He is about the only hairdresser that can cut my husbands thick hair in a way that it doesnt stick out again in 2 days.
Affordable price, high quality, friendly and professional staff. They have whatever I need. They care about your hair. If you want something and it will damage your hair they simply don't do it.
I usually get Dom, the owner to do my hair. He's great and knows exactly how to give me a great cut and color everytime. Was amazed when he remembered my name on my second visit. Really personalised service.
