Great ramen, great price and friendly staff. They always remember my order with a smile. Love it!!

Enjoyed the noodles here. Broth was very rich and sticky to the lips after eating - which indicates a very flavoursome and hearty broth. I like how they keep the menu simple and focus on broth, ramen and toppings.
Sometimes one serve is not enough so there is an option of asking for a free noodle (kaedama) refill with every soup noodle purchase.
Gyozas were pretty good too - quite authentic tasting.
Service is efficient as it should be expected in a traditional Japanese establishment - will be back.
One of the few places that prove that lines are a good sign of good food!

One of the best ramen noodles you can find in Brisbane. Would love to see if they can expand the no. of seats so can cater for more people at the same time. Love the fact that you can ask for more noodles afterwards. Very satisfying and really looking forward to have another meal there again.

The ramen here is very nice which also means there's always a line outside. There's also not a lot of tables either to sit. On the plus side you get free ramen refills. The soup and pork is very nice. The price is a bit exy considering I can get nice ramen for around 400yen in Japan.

This small ramen shop is always bustling with customers who are eager to sink their teeth into the authentic ramen that they offer. They are very popular and there is usually a line up with a 20 minute wait at the longest, however, it is well worth the wait. The shop is small, but the ramen along with the vibe make you feel like you could be in Japan. If you are a fan of ramen, I guarantee that you will enjoy Hakataya's.

I absolutely love the soup, it is authentic and consistently delicious. Thought it is quite exy for a bowl of ramen with 1 piece of chiashu pork. $13 you get more, like 3 big pieces. The $6.50 pork rice called Tonmeshi is so good too. My partner and I always order 1 noodle and 1 rice, so I can pour some soup into the rice and mix it up. Just shout out Kaedama for free extra bowl of ramen!

Approximate cost: $10

The Ramen Is the closest thing you can get in terms of reminding you that you're in a Japanese Ramen store. You do get an extra noodle with your $10 but with only one thinly sliced piece of meat between the two bowls, you're wondering whetehr the soup is really wirth that much. But great for a winter warm-up or quick satisfying meal
