It seems quite strange to me that this restaurant has gone through two renovations in the last few years. It started operating from a single shop lot and then expanded to the adjoining shop before downsizing to one shop again. All that should not matter if you don't mind cramped seating while enjoying tastily cooked dishes at very reasonable prices. One word of caution though is to be prepared to pay cash even though payment by credit card is available. The lady manager gave the excuse that the credit card reader was faulty on my last (6th) visit there for dinner.

Rcently renovated.
good spacious seating and television provided. ALthough, i doubt they serve a purpose bc eveyrone's heads are down eating their awesome food! The yumcha is really good and have some very innovative dimsims that i can't get anywhere else. I suppose that is how they get me back there every weekend for a month!!
The yumcha is relatively inexpensive too. So grab some friends or family and head there if you want to try some new things

Great tasting food at very reasonable prices and very clean. Must try the Hakka Salt Baked Chicken (their speciality) and the Prawn Balls with Century Egg. Be sure to book in advance or you will not get a table.

Approximate cost: $25

I really think their low price is too low for such good tasting food but I'm not going to complain. A bit cramped and need to book for lunch or dinner. Always crowded cos it's so good and pretty good price.
