Nice spot in Brighton to go and let your hair down and have a few drinks. Staff are fairly efficient and friendly. I recommend happy hour as they have some great drink specials to enjoy

Half moon is a great spot for a night out in Bayside. Great selection of drinks and they play awesome music upstairs. Few wankers around but that's Brighton for you in general

I really love a night out at Half moon, especially in Summer with their state of the art airconditioning mist thing. I've been here to watch AFL finals and for engagement parties also for my own birthday. Its always refreshing to go to a bar that serves on tap craft beers- and good ones! Haven't actually had a sit-down meal though but my friends say they go alright. And the finger food was good

Half Moon has recently been renovated and is looking beautiful and new. It is so modern. Coming here on a Friday night is an interesting experience, looks like it's oldies night with lots of 40s plus letting loose on the dance floor dancing to modern songs. It's all a bit funny really

Had a lovely midweek dinner here with a few friends during the week. Its a very popular place and for good reason. Food is a combination of traditional pub grub (although a bit high end) and classy modern Australian. I had the lamb salad which was spot on. Friends had pasta, a hamburger and a caesar salad which were all good as well. Service was faultless and we had a great night.

A landmark of Brighton for years, this Church St. beauty still pumps out fantastic coffee in a luxurious environment. Highly recommend for the bar and dining experience as well

I love the interiors of this place, nice and modern but cozy too. The food here is lovely and as are the staff. I find this place great for our after work drinks on fridays!

I was disappointed that after looking at all the nice dishes (via their website) which were meant to be on offer that actually the menu was very limited. Even deserts were limited and was not what was promised

I had a really nice meal here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The atmosphere of the place is modern and stylish. The prices were reasonable and not to overpriced wish was good.

Service was excellent, staff went out of their way to make dining pleasurable. Atmosphere is perfect a little pricey but then the food arrives and you realise you got a bargin. Service was excellent.

Great fun environment on a friday night to have a drink and a dance. They have lovely meals as well and plenty of space to spread out. Good spot to organise a function.

The Half Moon has been through a number of re-fits since it was The Station hotel. It was taken over by new owners about a year ago and they seem to be doing a good job. On Tuesday nights they have Parma & Pot for $15 or Steak & Pot for $15, and the meals are very good quality for the price. The standard meals are around the $20-$25 mark but that's typical in most pubs these days.

Generous serves of interesting food in a relaxed, stylishly-designed space. Good service. May be a little pricey however, it is in Brighton, so you can expect that. Good atmosphere as many people come there just to meet up for a casual drink too.
