Scam, took my money, no product. Contacted 7 times, zero response. Currently going through ZIP pay to get my money back, been over a month already, still no refund, nothing. Scam site.

The same happened to our friend, they put their deposit down in June after 3 months no installation, and no one picked up the phone in the office, they even closed the showroom in Sydney so you can't find them.

I have had shutters installed for 2 months then 2 sets stopped working, remote works but blinds don't move. Was told there is a switch, but there isn't. Was told a technician will be there in 4 weeks, he didn't show. Was told they will ring didn't, tgree days later rang them again, sorry we are having issues will ring tomorrow, didn't. Rang back again the following day sorry we will definitely ring you tomorrow to confirm the technicians attendance, three days later still no call. Do yourself a favour don't buy from them they are an absolute shocker.

They are good here. They recently did our place and they were good, they had very good quality shutters.

We had shutters fitted to every window of our old house and it cost a lot of money. We loved having the sucurity, insulation and noise blockout.

When we moved to our new house , we couldn't afford to have the whole house done and chose to go with Half Price Shutters to just have the main bedroom done.

We were so impressed with the price, the quality and professionalism that we got a quote on all the other bedrooms as well. It was definitely affordable through them.

The "sales" person was very good, we told her we already knew about shutters we really only wanted a price and she respected that, no hard sell. The installers were very prompt and professional, and it was nice to receive a follow up call to make sure it was going ok.

The only thing I haven't appreciated is the calls now every few months asking if we want more windows done. We have asked not to be contacted as we will contact them if we decide to do them but they persist.

And another thing - they are definitely not "half price", but they are cheaper.

I called to have someone come out and give me a quote on plantation shutters. However, when I said my husband was not available and that I would be making the decisions, I was told that my husband had to be there as they are a custom made and they needed to explain how they worked. I was also told he would have to sign the contract. I asked what would happen if I was single... before getting an answer, I simply told the person on the other end of my call that I was highly offended that half-price shutters thought I was not intelligent enough to have someone give me a quote, or that I could enter into a contract. I hung up the phone. I would never ever use this company or even entertain a quote from them.

I had seven roller shutters installed on downstairs windows - 2 attached to an electric motor. I love my shutters! Very good service and they have a five-year warranty! I would use this company again and recommend them.

We had white plantation shutters installed (Smart Stile) the room is a west facing room and there is a huge difference with the room being cooler during the afternoon heat in summer and this winter the room is warmer. We has a roller shutter put onto the baby's room as well - great result.

We are over the moon with the shutters. The lady that came for the quote ,Kim, did not know her products as well as the 2 men who came to do the installation Gus (roller) and then George so I gave 4 out of 5 stars.

Security shutters and plantation shutters installed. One needed to be electric because of the size of the window. This was our 2nd experience with them as we had had one shutter installed previously and that was good. This time we got them to do all our windows.

Approximate cost: $10000
