Jarrod engaged our electrical company to disconnect power for his clients. After months of attempting to collect the money we have not been paid.

I have called around and found out from Jarrod’s brother he dose not paid staff or contractors as they turn up aggressively
looking for money constantly.

While we were on site their team damaged the house and refused to pay to fix the damages highly unprofessional

Jarrod and his team did an amazing job trimming my bamboo back to the fence line

Got a quote which I accepted and paid the deposit. Now after almost 2 months they haven't doe the job and don't return phone calls or emails. Either a scam or they have gone broke!

Damaged my front lawn and wont return calls or emails to rectify the problem very surprised to see that they have any good reviews at all.

Turned up promptly for a quote, they questioned if I had council permit and i did not. They gave me council contact details, to start approval process, They came back with council aerial photo of property overlay ed with markings showing conservation areas, they confirmed trees were not in conservation area , advised when they would return to remove, job carried out professionally and cleanly.

I called half price to do a quote ASAP as I had a massive tree hanging over my house which was becoming very dangerous .. They came out straight away and in a matter of an hour had there team there at my house and had the tree taken down .. I found them so professional and helpful I would re combed them to anyone !

I contacted them for a quote for a job, and as per another review they came around when I told them I was not going to be home. I told them would be home after 11am, they said they would be here just before lunch and would call before they got here. Got home at 11am as planned, waited. No call. No one turns up. I contacted their office after waiting 2 hours and ask what was happening. Lady in the office said she would get one of the guys to call me back, I said even a text would be ok. Waited all day, no call or text. Call up again the following morning, suitable upset as their customer rapport and communication was severely lacking. As I cannot specify who returned my call (as per the terms of agreement of this website), someone with high authority from the business answered and after listening to my complaints tried to organise to come around a few days later. I asked if someone was available today as i wasn't going to wait for a company whose lack of professionalism was quite annoying and was just stuffing me around. I asked him if his company actually wanted the work and he told me my attitude was bad and that he didn't want my work because of my "bad attitude" and he told me to "stuff it up my arse" and go get another contracter. Gladly will be doing so. And to top it off i was rudely hung up on. DO NOT BOTHER.

I would not recommend half price tree lopping. Used them for a job and was told the stump grinder was being used elsewhere and would have to come back another. 5 months n several calls/texts and I'm still waiting- will be going elsewhere in the future

I contacted the company on Tuesday, they came out to give a quote on Wednesday, phoned us on Thursday morning, the men were in a nearby suburb and could be around in 3/4 of an hour. They duly arrived on time, got straight into the work and did a great job, leaving the place well cleaned up.

I contacted this company for a quote. They turned up at the time I told them I wasn't home. I then wanted to book the job and had hard time contacting them and they didn't return calls. I finally booked the job and they didn't turn up at all. My mother lost a day of work to be at home waiting for them to come. I called them and the person on the phone couldn't care less. He promised me he would call me back in 1 hour and never did. I have never had such a bad experience with a business before. Giving them 1 start is being generous.
