Don't use H&B for solar hot water ... not ever ... unless you want an incorrectly installed system, one that leaks (and then they blame you despite the fact that you have not been up on the roof or touched the system), one that then damages your roof from their incorrect installation and then you find their faulty workmanship had no warranty! Stay away from H&B and save yourself anguish and thousands of dollars of unnecessary expenditure fixing their sloppy work!!!

Was quoted BY MICHAELA $180 for first hour then $45 every 15 mins after that was charged $358.20 for under 2 hours plus $485.82 for fittings only as I had the hot water unit TOTAL $844.02

We have been a long standing customer of Hall & Baum Plumbing for over 20 years. They have always attended to our plumbing problems promptly and efficiently and have always given us excellent customer service. We recently had a very difficult plumbing issue that took a little while to resolve. Ryan Baum (The Manager) went out of his way to help resolve the issue even coming out after hours and over the weekend. He really went out of his way to help resolve this very difficult plumbing issue we had. We can’t thank him highly enough. Hall & Baum Plumbing definitely a 5 star rating.

I am extremely happy with the the service I received last week for blocked drains. The plumbers were very pleasant and kept me informed , they handled quite a difficult job and I was very happy with the outcome and the price. I would definately recommend this company and will use them again.

Disgusting customer service. Late showing up, dont notify of booking time causing many rebookings and hostile attitude when approached with problems. No way to run a business, worst i have ever encountered in my life. Office staff very damaging to this business in the way they handle customers. Steer clear definitely not a business to be using. Am still waiting for them to fix our original problem too - going elsewhere!

I had a hot water service replaced and wish to acknowledge the plumber Darryl who did the work. He was professional, tidy and a credit to the company. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to friends as a result of my experience. Tradesmen with his qualities are sadly becoming hard to find.

I have always found them fast and reliable. Recently I had problems with a pump on my water tanks and Mike came up with an elegant solution.

I had a range of issues that needed to be attended to. Leaking dishwasher, hot water system and a garden tap that needed replacing. George came and fixed everything perfectly. He is an asset to the company, a great man and a great worker- thank you!

I needed to upgrade my hot water system. Hall and Baum came out when they said they would and offered good service. I had a couple of other minor plumbing problems which the plumber fxied when he was there also. Fast and friendly service.

Hall and Baum have totally blown us away with their customer care actions and have all our plumbing maintenance servides for life.

Communication regarding STCs and government rebates was very poor and the bullying attitude of the management was disgusting. If you are unfortunate enough to have already used them and have experienced some problems, stand your ground when you are right. If only reviews went into the negative 5 star ratings...

Poor plumbing and customer service. Plumber didn't know how to fix the problem. When asked to rectify the problem they simply refused. They charge too much. Not recommended in any case.
