Talking to sales men was great and the build went smoothly but 5 years on we have cracks in the roof and slab and house is sinking spoke to Hallmark homes and they trying to get out of fixing the problems. And Ken ford is rude and ignorant came and looked at my home and didn’t want to hear my concerns and didn’t want to help just giving me the run around. I have gone to the QBCC for help fixing my home.

We had our first house built by these guys - their customer service was great - right though from the display village at Calamvale to head office in Southport.
All staff were friendly and helpful especially in teaching us what we needed to do as it was our first house. They even had colour consultants to help with colour schemes. When they started buliding the house was up in 3 months
