Colin was easy to communicate with, and explained things in a way that was easy for me to understand. He was flexible with us when booking him in for a late notice inspection for a property we were purchasing, and the report he gave us after the inspection was so detailed and helpful. I've had a building inspection done for a previous property purchase and definitely didn't receive anywhere near as much commentary as Colin provided. When you're about to spend that much money on a new house, it's important to trust the person doing the building inspection - I will recommend Hamley to everyone I know.
