My family used Colin Hibberd to undertake 2 inspections for us. In the first inspection he saved my parents a substantial amount of money and a lot of heartbreak by identifying a massive flaw in the roof of the house they were planning to buy. Building & pest inspection: Speedy service despite the house being in Geelong. Very thorough & comprehensive report.

We had Colin do a building and pest inspection on a property we were looking to buy. He was amazing! Everything was so thorough, from the time he spend explaining the process to us to the finished report which included about 250 photos! When we had questions he spent time talking to both myself and my partner to make sure we understood everything in his report!
He was so honest in his report that we could make an informed decision about our future investment.
His card is on our fridge to call anytime we look at property and to hand out to anyone we know buying property.
