I ordered a hamper on Friday the 14 July 2023. Told the delivery will arrive on Tuesday the 18 July 2023. But did not arrive. Looked @ the tracking, still in Melbourne, since the 17 July 2023. Not happy. Very very upset with Hampers with Bite. Haven’t got money to burn

Stuffed it up after the booking . Booked on 31/1 to deliver on Thursday 2/2 on my daughters bday . Didnt get delivered until Monday 6/2 . No messages , no response to multiple query’s as to what was happening , nothing .

Put through a corporate order for my team working from home. Everyone was delighted with the gifts. The order was delivered to all team members across the east coast within 3 days of placing the order. Will use again :)

I placed a big order for my team as a thank you for their hard work over the past few weeks. The whole process from start to finish was seamless and I was delighted that I was able to include my corporate branding with the hampers too! I chose the 'Self Care' hamper and my team were extremely grateful. I will definitely be returning for Christmas hampers later in the year!!

7 Days later and still not delivered. Tracking doesn't work either and can't sign in for alerts. Absolutely disappointed. Over priced delivery

The hampers are presented beautifully, my friend said it was the nicest hamper she had received! Customer service really helpful as well!

Ordered Xmas Hampers for staff at end of November, finally tried to deliver them on 29th December, bit too late by then Xmas was over and our office was closed. They have now credited our payment and I went with Gift Cards to staff instead.

Ordered 3 Christmas hampers for my valued clients in end of November. The tracking system on the website says they have been delivered. It’s a big fat lie. Non of my client received the hampers and it is now 26th December. So embarrassing! Where are my hampers?!!!
