I was Promised I would get 10% off by putting in my email. The code was LUCKYME - on placing the order the code didn't work. I went ahead and placed the order hoping by contacting them I would be refunded the 10%. Instead I got an email reply from them saying there was a glitch h in their system and in their terms and conditions covered them and they won't refund me. They gave me another code to use for my next purchase. What a SCAM! As if I'd ever use them again. LUCKYME as a coupon, what a joke! Fancy leaving a new customer upset over $7.00. Don't trust this company!

Honestly I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience with Hampers With Bite.

They truly made a tough time so much better for my friend in lockdown. I wanted to organise it as a surprise to brighten their day, not only was the hamper SO well received by my friend who literally called me in tears to tell me how much it meant to them, the team at Hampers With Bite made sure it got their on time and they even upgraded me to include a beautiful foiled gift card filled with confetti. It was just beyond my expectations and I can’t wait to use again at Christmas for my business.

I would NOT recommend this place for the shocking communication and reliability.

Placed an order Wednesday 9th for next day delivery. Not realising there was a 3:30PM cut off. (They may need be more clear with the cut off times)

Confirmation email received. Perfect!
As I was unaware of the cut off time, I assumed when I pay for next day delivery it means THE NEXT DAY. I received an EMAIL at 3:42PM Thursday advising the hamper I have chosen is out of stock!! Unbelievable. I called and was advised they could do another hamper, of course under the impression it should be already delivered I was annoyed. A late birthday present is better than nothing. I agreed the hamper can go on Friday instead. To be told, I HAVE MISSED THE 3:30PM CUT OFF & HAVE TO WAIT FOR MONDAY DELIVERY! ANGRY IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT.
When advised I only received the email at 3:42PM of the unavailability was told yeah, sorry Monday is the best they could do.
Having to research and call around at 4PM to get another company to send a gift. Thankfully someone else could fulfil my request and had it delivered on-time Friday morning.

If you're looking at NEXT DAY delivery & COMMUNCATION do NOT use this place!

Our company placed multiple bulk hamper orders (worth thousands of dollars) ahead of the Christmas rush in late November which were intended as Christmas gifts for our key clients. Orders were confirmed, invoices paid promptly and remittance received. Late January, senior managers in our business were reconnecting with clients after the holiday period, and asking them if they enjoyed the gift hampers. To our dismay, multiple clients stated they never received anything. Concerned, we contacted HWB and asked them to investigate. Very quickly, it became evident that 36 out of the 49 hampers ordered were never sent, despite having paid for them and receiving confirmation from HWB.

We are still in disbelief. Had we not come across this significant error they attributed to their internal processes, we would have unknowingly poured well over $3k down the drain.

HWB offered a refund or a late delivery of hampers to all our clients who missed out. We clearly asked for a refund – the impact and value of these Christmas gifts to our key clients has already been lost and it would have been bordering on irrelevant to send something 6 weeks after the fact.

We strongly advise against engaging HWB and most certainly will not use them again. The whole experience was beyond disappointing and absolutely mind boggling that so many orders could be missed, but the payment still accepted at their end…

DO NOT PURCHASE HAMPERS FROM THESE GUYS: We have been waiting 2 weeks for our order and countless days on the phone to there staff about when its going to be delivered. We made it clear we had a deadline on the 8th Jan and waiting around all day in our store room for the delivery to be ordered its now the 18th Dec and still not delivery date or time and we have been chasing up and following up every day since. We have now missed being able to drop these to our customers as they have been and gone and are left considerably out of pocket. We will never order off them again and are concered that our $2500 order is not going to be wasted and we will not be able to give this to any of our customers if not delivered in the next 24 hours.

Paid $15 for delivery on a certain date... and it didnt even arrive on the right day! Whats the point of paying premium price for a gift hamper service when the gifts are late? Complained to the company but they really couldnt have cared less, shocking customer service. Buy elsewhere! So many other companies to choose from!

I recommend that you DO NOT USE Hampers That Bite.

I ordered 12 days before my requested delivery date. Dispatched 2 days before. Not delivered. Customer service "offline". Freight tracking completely useless - under "tracking details" it says "none". Email response the following day says courier is busy.

Ordered lovely Xmas hamper.
Botched shipping from start to finish - ordered 3/52 before Xmas, finally delivered in January. Late dispatch, no follow up, required multiple emails and calls from myself. Minimal actions and no follow up from the company.
Very disappointed, will not use them again.

I ordered some hampers for my clients for Christmas to say thank you for working with my business. I found hampers with bite on Google and everything ran smoothly, I had custom hampers made for different people and the price did not change. Highly recommended
