Disappointed that they went to the bother of noting that the steering fluid holder had a broken clip, yet they failed to add the needed fluid....despite "top up of all under bonnet fluids" being part of the supposed service (- which makes me wonder what else they neglected to do for the service)

Not a great experience when I took my car here. I needed to get the air conditioner fixed, and they said they had fixed it, but a few weeks later it stopped working again. I took it back another 3 times and each time they charged me money for some new part that still didnt fix it. After spending $1000, it still wasnt fixed, so I just gave up and went home without the air conditioner working
