Yes, you usually expect to have to wait for a period of time to see a doctor here, and that's usually no problem. Although this morning after waiting an hour, I went to check where I was in the queue to see Dr Harris. I was told that there were still about 4 people in front of me. When I went back after TWO hours to check, I was told that she must have my booking paper and that I would be the next to be seen. After she took TWO MORE people in front of me, I tried to ask her if she had my booking paper (as per what the receptionist thought ), as she was calling for the next patient in the waiting room. EXTREMELY disappointed that she couldn't take just two seconds to clarify if she had it, or if it had somehow been misplaced, but instead mumbled something about trying to see as many patients as possible. I 'get' that she was doing her best, but I tried to reiterate that I was just wondering if she was had my booking paper as I had already waited two hours and people that came after me were being seen and she replied with a "possibly". Returned to the desk for a third time to take the next in line. I understand that you don't get to make an appointment and AGAIN reiterate that a wait is expected, but after two hours, and EVERYONE in the waiting room being seen before me, and then for her to not even have the courtesy to just check if she had my booking paper was very, very poor service.
Found this business to be of high quality with their workmanship and speed of service. To top it off, they are also very reasonably priced....five stars!
Five stars! Have been coming here for a few years now and have found the owner (Amanda) to be down to earth and very helpful, (yet practical) with expected outcomes.
A very quirky (but friendly) guy. Prompt service, but a little on the expensive side. Great for those jobs on slightly retro items that need attention.
Great prices, with friendly staff! Very down to earth, none of those fake 'airs & graces' here. As someone else said: "a hidden gem"!
Must have struck them on a bad day, staff weren't overly helpful (in fact she seemed determined to be the opposite), so it was very disappointing as all other reviews seem quite positive. I just go to the Parkholme branch instead now, and haven't struck a problem there.
Very satisfied with not only customer service, but price and speed of which they were able to complete the job....fantastic!

My kids always choose Fresh Choice, it's been a family favourite for a long time. We do miss the soft ice-cream machine though - one of the owners recently talked about it coming back, but still waiting :)
Have given this business several opportunities over a period of time, but sadly I have been more and more disappointed with each outcome. Most recently I heard they changed mechanics, and took a vehicle in ....only to be charged a fee to have them misdiagnose the problem, and quote the cost of repair as being several thousand dollars. A second opinion elsewhere showed the actual problem to be relatively minor, with the total cost being under $400.
