Really cheap and tasty food, under $10. Would definitely go back for the udon noodles again. Quick service - definitely worth the money.

Amazingly cheap Japanese food. Great for on the go and large portions. Worth the price, one of my favourite places.

If u want to looking for unexpensive food, this restaurant i suggest for u. This restaurant provides japanese food. I always order udon soup and u can choose whether prawn or chicken for udon soup. Beside that u can try curry food in there, it also one of favourite food in the restaurant. The service in there also very quick. Just need wait around 10-15 menit and your food will come.

Hanaichi's is a reliable place to go for Japanese curry. Made quickly and quite cheap at $15 for two curries (one regular and one large). Good for takeaway or for a quick bite before doing something in the city. Dining inside is ok but nothing special, I would go the takeaway and find somewhere scenic in the city to eat. Lots of rice and tasty crispy chicken or beef. I have only had the curries from here but they do soups as well. You get what you pay for, more rice than meat but that is to be expected with such low prices. One curry would be about 7.50. Can't beat that at the end of the pay week...
Good flavours and served fast, food is always nice and hot. Not something you would have all the time, but a reliable takeaway.

ridiculously filling, great portions and cheap! definitely going to be a regular for lunch! what i lovede most though was how quick it was, i literally got my meal within half a second after ordering!

used to love this place and all my friends still do! wish they had vegetarian options but as a fresh, cheap, filling japanese or curry eat in or take away option in the city, this is the spot. whatever you order here you'll never leave hungry or unsatisfied

Tasty Japanese food at very reasonable prices. One can expect fast and efficient service here. Great place for a quick bite at lunch time or take away. Personal favourites here are the Japanese Curry and Katsudon.

quite often bought a take away from Hanaichi. Really fast service.. I always order the Kay's chicken - The portion is huge for the large.. worth every penny.. you could eat that and it will last for the whole day sometimes even 2 days.. So huge!

Great place to stop for a quick Japanese meal. I've been here once and had the Katsu Curry, one of the better ones I have had recently.

Quick, simple and cheap japanese rice dishes. My favorite is the miso katsu on rice. It's conveniently located in QV shopping centre.

Great value for money. It is one of the healthy fast food in Melbourne. Fast, cheap, and taste great. The location is just in the second floor of QV building. Thus, great location.

If you're looking for some fast convenient jap food inside CBD this is the place for you! The service is unbelievably fast, and so cheap, it's about $7 for a small, but the serving for that is generous enough already. Very tasty, I suggest trying the Pork Katsu Curry
