I moved interstate from Brisbane to Adelaide. The service provided by the Brisbane depot was fine, but DO NOT EVER USE THE ADELAIDE DEPOT. They lost one of my items and despite numerous messages and phone calls to the State Manager, Callan Daper, my item wasn't delivered until over a month later and it had been completely trashed. An item that had been packaged in near new condition was returned to me scratched, dented and rusted. Despite it being a clear case of negligence and lack of care the company has refused to replace the item even though it was only a small amount of $125. Other items were also damaged as a result of ropes rubbing against them... a clear indication of lack of care when packing. I also requested later delivery time as I was working late the night before and this request was totally ignored and I was given a time of 7am, the first deliery of the day! The excuse was provided that nothing could be done about this as the truck was already packed with my items at the back of the truck and other peoples items in front of it. It became evident this was a lie because when they turned up the next day the truck was half empty and had nothing in it except my delivery! PLEASE DO NOT USE THE ADELAIDE DEPOT OF THIS COMPANY AS THEY LIE AND TAKE NO CARE WITH YOUR PROPERTY!!
