Went here for dinner last night. When we first arrived we waited at the door as the sign suggested. After waiting a while we approached the counter where a waiter unceremoniously handed us our menus and let us choose our own seats. After waiting for about half an hour for any attention - no water placed on table, no checking to see if we were ready to order - I called over the waitress to place our orders. She seemed as if we were getting in the way of her doing her job (?!) and told us that it would have been easier to order at the counter. Although there were only two waiters it was not exactly a busy evening, so I was a little taken aback by her attitude.

Despite the appalling attitude of the waiters, the meals were brought out promptly and were generous serves, especially considering the price.

I think the restuarant takes liberties with the fact they are the only place to eat near the cinemas. Have been to many other Hans Cafes and the service has far exceeded what I experienced at this joint!

The Chilli fish is amazing! And always consistant. The wait is sometimes long and the seating inside is small. They could serve you quicker with a bit of attention.

We went to Hans cafe for lunch. The Cafe was bright and clean. Unfortunately the young waiter didn't seem very friendly. We sat at a table and looked through the menu. It is a very good menu and quite extensive and not expensive. The food that was brought out to other tables looked very good. Unfortunately, the waiter was quite rude and didn't seem to want to serve the customers. Very bad customer service.
