We went to Hans cafe for lunch. The Cafe was bright and clean. Unfortunately the young waiter didn't seem very friendly. We sat at a table and looked through the menu. It is a very good menu and quite extensive and not expensive. The food that was brought out to other tables looked very good. Unfortunately, the waiter was quite rude and didn't seem to want to serve the customers. Very bad customer service.

We went to this cafe for breakfast. There was no on in the cafe on this morning. There were 3 staff members who were talking in the kitchen. One yelled out to us to take a menu and find a set. The prices for breakfast seemed quite high.They staff continued to talk and completely ignored us. After sitting there for approx. 20 minutes and no one coming to take our order we left. Very poor service. Extremely lacking in customer service.

These guys are terrific. They have the best customer service and always try to help. I have used this business on many occasions and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. The guys that load your trailers are wonderful and always try to do everything for you. The prices are reasonable and they are very willing to come to your house to give a quote. A great business.

I went to Midland 4WD to get a dash mat for our Toyota. The service was okay but I did have to wait quite a long time to be served. The price quoted was as we expected. There was nothing extraordinary about this business.

Went to Midland Leisure & Camping to buy a tent and the gentleman who came to serve us was very friendly and helpful. They have an enormous range of camping gear and almost anything that you would need is in this store. We selected a tent within our price range and the salesman was very helpful throughout the entire transaction.

Went to this Patissserie to order a large birthday cake. I was quite amazed at the wide variety of cakes, pastries and food available in this store. They also have quite a good variety of hot food available for lunch such as curries and rice, and beef stroganoff. The service was prompt and friendly with the assistant bringing out a book to help me choose a cake. She was very attentive and kind. Overall a good experience.

Whilst there is every need for a supermarket in the Glen Forrest area, I believe that they could do better with their customer service and quality of foods available. The foods for sale in the deli section are extremely over-priced. The store doesn't appear to have very many special items and most are more expensive than other small supermarkets.

Small bakery with a huge range of products. They have the most delicious pumpkin bread and fresh baked scones. They also have a good range of home made pies and sausage rolls as well as sandwiches and salad rolls. We stopped there for some breakfast and had coffee as well. They have some seats outside and on a sunny morning it is quite a peaceful place to eat. A good experience.

A very well supplied bookstore with a huge rang of books on different subjects. I was looking for something on new age subjects and they have quite a good rang. The service was good but not intrusive so I felt free to browse at my leisure. Quite a good bookstore with a great feel to it.

Went in to buy a gift and found such a huge range of items in this art gallery that I stayed for quite a long time browsing. The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful but not pushy and left me to browse at my leisure. It was a lovely experience as the shop has a beautiful calming feel to it and has a wonderful range of local artists craft for sale as well as on display. An overall pleasant experience.
