i really enjoy the happiest of poms, what a great service after i have never purchased form these poms, but the name is funne. i am one happy pom!

Unfortunately the Happy Pom business has gone downhill in the last 5-10 years. Ian is a really lovely, friendly guy but the disorganisation, lack of communication, and below average service is not acceptable for the premium price that is charged.

I used to be happy to pay extra $$ for the Happy Pom to come and clean my carpets as the service used to be wonderful and the carpets always came up beautifully. I won't be in the future though - booking made and they showed up on the wrong date, then were late on the actual date, didn't complete the job and didn't have the decency to contact me but happily took more than the $$ quoted, then when they did come back (after me contacting them about it not being complete) equipment failed.

Have always recommended to family and friends but will not be anymore. Disappointing as I prefer to support small, local businesses.

This man in to do an emergency clean to get cat do-do off the brand new carpet (we had just moved and old moggy couldnt deal with it). I came back from interstate after it had been 'cleaned' to find dried patches of stinky poop on the carpet. I rang to discuss and was told that he had cleaned it and now couldnt get back for two weeks to have a look. He gave me the number of someone else to come and have another go at it "He shouldn't charge too much" I was told!!!!!!!!!! What a waste of money and time. Every time someone says I need to get the carpets cleaned I say "Dont get Happy Pom to do it". Lazy, poor customer service and clearly needs glasses as he can't see a great patch of poop on the carpet.

A burst water pipe in our ensuite bathroom resulted in water damage to walls, floors and carpets Ian was contracted to assess and dry the damaged areas. He used highly effective and efficient commercial professional grade driers resulting in a much quicker result. I would highly recommend his services to any customer or client. He is very experienced and gave us confidence in his services and end result. Great Work!

The Happy Pom has been cleaning the carpets in my home regularly for the past 10 years during which time I have recommended his service to many friends and aquaintenances. I'm glad to have this forum to further promote this exceptional business as they are few and far between. The Happy Pom achieves a quality end result through a genius no mess system that leaves the carpet almost dry before he has even left. The process is quick, reasonably priced and his cheerful and enthusiastic attitude leaves you feeling like you have just had a visit from a reliable friend.

really good place very cheap, do a fantastic job and they really are happy poms!! if you need carpet cleaning definitely give these guys a go highly recommend
