I have been bringing my dog there since she was a puppy and have always had a wonderful experience. All the staff are incredibly friendly and really love the animals. Their prices are competitive even though they are the most fully equipped vet in the area. The hospital is impressive. They also offer a great VIP boarding facility. I have recommended this vet to all my friends in the area.

I have been here a couple of times and they were both good experiences however I do not think I will return.

The last time I had an issue with my dog I was worried he ingested rat poison. I had previously spoken to my regular vet however they were closing and I wanted a second opinion. So I called happy tails and spoke to a male vet. He said that I should bring my dog in urgently for the blood test required. I questioned this because I knew that the blood test would not show anything until at least 48 hours after ingestion. He insisted, I argued this with him and finally he said to me well it's a risk you can take... I just wanted to know if there are any signs that I could look out for and he was unable to offer me information.

It's so important to have a good vet, if your regular vet is unavailable you should do a bit of research online before calling another. I think generally most vets are genuine however there are some that will take advantage which is so cruel as we love our pets so much and they are unable to tell us what is wrong with them.

My dog trots in very happy to be there. All staff are very friendly and knowledgable. They make my dog feel comfortable and he leave with a happy wagging tail which is probably where their name came from. All of the vets and groomers are fabulous.

Every time i go there they make my dogs feel very special. Claire is fantastic and so are all the vets & receptionists i have met. Also the weekend staff are great & if they cant help the y refer to a fantastic place sash - small animal hospital which is outstanding!

Every time i have taken any pets there including other peoples they treat every pet so well. The are passionate and explain everything to you and go out of there way to ensure your pet is cared for.

I went there with my dog and they were very friendly and welcoming...i was worried and they made me feel a bit more secure about the situation at hand. they are not too expensive and me and my dog left very happy.
