All I can say is bring back Samara. Samara has looked after our property for some time and there has never been an issue until she left.
For what ever reason that she left her service and attitude was always first class.
Since Samara departure we had had issues with the currant property management and assistant.
We currently have a new tenant moving in which Samara found for us. The inspection report done by the assistant was done in such a bad way we have had to complain.
I have no other choice but to move to another agent that will look after my investment the way it should be.
My opinion of Harcourts Launceston is a low standard.
