All I can say is bring back Samara. Samara has looked after our property for some time and there has never been an issue until she left.
For what ever reason that she left her service and attitude was always first class.
Since Samara departure we had had issues with the currant property management and assistant.
We currently have a new tenant moving in which Samara found for us. The inspection report done by the assistant was done in such a bad way we have had to complain.
I have no other choice but to move to another agent that will look after my investment the way it should be.
My opinion of Harcourts Launceston is a low standard.

Wouldnt recommend this company.
No communication, dented our new guttering.
guttering cut too short so just filled with silicone.
left old tiles on drive asked them to move to get car out , answer was you can get car out, moved tiles myself.
roof paint wiped on our garden edgeing and clump of concrete wiped in lawn.
had to keep asking roofer to fix corners (and he was the expert). after all done had a leak in our back room.
Communication was non existent, just turned up when felt like it.
