If you are looking to sell in north lakes ask for Darren Suhle! Honestly he has shown enormous dedication and perseverance to get us the best price possible for our home. He backs up everything with proven facts and makes you feel comfortable with every step of the selling process. There's no time these days to sit back and wait for people to come to see your house, Darren works hard to find these people and brings them to your home!!! In this market you can't go wrong!! We recommend him to anyone, and even our parents are getting an property appraisal from him!!!!

We had recently sold our home and needed to find a place to rent while our new home was being built. After visiting several agents, as well as looking online, I contacted Chris at Harcourts. She was terrific and found us the most beautiful place to rent - no hard sell, just great service. July 2010...Unfortunately Chris left Harcourts and was replaced with a very rude and unhelpful property manager. When we left the rental property to move into our new home, she treated us very poorly. We are a middle aged couple with no children left at home, so the rental house was in pristine condition when we left. However, in an effort to keep as much of the bond as Harcourts could, this property manager listed some of the most ludicrous reasons for not returning our total bond. Water marks on the glass of the showers, cobwebs on the outside entry way (which were cleaned but, spiders being spiders, reconstructed their cobwebs each day, dust on the garage door etc etc She was so very rude and treated us like we were filthy people - a very stressful time. The RTA was very supportive during this time and we were able to get the majority of our bond back, but it left a very bitter taste in our mouths and I would not recommend Harcourts at North Lakes to anyone.
