The reception staff have been useless. I Called seperate times for a quote, booking and had to call twice to follow up about the final bill. Each time they asked to call me back but they never did. So I had to follow up each time. I was also misquoted on two seperate occasions prior to the appointment which I wasn't aware of until I went to pay. They expressed that I wasnt at fault, but I still had to fork out an extra $85 for the procedure. Honestly, I don't mind giving them the benefit of the doubt. The vets have been great when I've used them previously. But the main staff member I dealt with was very rude and insensitive. It made the whole experience a billion times worse then it already was. Incredibly disappointing :-( I still haven't received my final invoice so will have to chance that up yet again.

Recently had to take my dog to the vets as he was really unwell. It was a Sunday and the vet responded very quickly. My dog was diagnosed very quickly with Meningitis.. The professionalism and amount of care shown by the staff was something that really helped when making the very tough decision of putting him down. He had all of his check-ups, haircuts and immunisations at Harradines, and we never thought of going anywhere else. Thank you to all the staff for being so lovely and for being so supportive.

When a business markets themselves as 'emergency vets', you hope they can deliver. And they certainly do. Friendly vets, but extremely professional and faultless. Trustworthy without a doubt.

The vets and staff are absolutely fantastic. We took our weiro in on a Sunday and were expecting to be charged a ridiculous amount but were pleasantly surprised with the bill. We now take our Dalmatian there too and are always treated like a friend not just another customer. I recommend this vet to all of my friends.

I had an emergency late on a Friday night when my much loved dog started fitting, I rang Harradines and the vet was waiting for us when we arrived at the clinic. Harradine & Associates were great, they showed a genuine concern for Tani and went above and beyond in their care and treatment for him, the vet stayed with him most of the night and was professional and compassionate at all times.

Harridines is one of the vets I would ever recommend to use They have a wonderful staff and the vets are great with animals . They have a great after hours service and are so understanding when you need it the most .
