Did the Road Tech 3 course (handling dynamics) yesterday with 4 other participants.

Four hours of fairly intensive training including counter steering, slow speed counter balancing, rev matching, cornering (all aspects), emergency braking and posture.

Instructor Glenn was BRILLIANT!

He found a problem on my own bike and so loaned me a 500cc bike that was much nicer than my little KTM.

Course cost $275 but totally worth it for riders who can ride but want to increase their confidence and skills.

During the past six months my Daughter has been getting driving lessons at Hart
They are extremely helpful and patient with her.
I actually wanted however to make comment on what I have seen of their rider training. I rode bikes for over fifty years so feel qualified to make comment
In a word exceptional. These young people are so lucky to have such a facility to help ready them for Sydney’s roads and car drivers

Booked for 2 lessons, and didn't receive an email confirming the dates, or any calls confirming that I was still able to attend my lesson due to the changes in covid lockdown and with no returned calls until the date came around.

I was apprehensive about attending on the day. so I didn't, its out of the 5k area for me. I cant risk a $5000 fine. then I got a call "Hi Kailen, you're supposed to be here, we'll have to reschedule." then the line went dead.

Extremely rude reception, no management of customers, little to no covid information on their website.

A very bad experience with reception staff. They are extremely rude. A few months ago I scheduled an appointment with a particular instructor. When I arrived to the centre after a 40 minute drive I was told the instructor wasn’t available. That he was sick. They didn’t bother calling me. They told me when I arrived. I agreed to the replacement instructor - who then told me my particular instructor I had booked in was sick the previous day too. I didn’t appreciate the reception staff lying and telling me they only found out moments before I arrived. Clearly that wasn’t true. Today I called to schedule another appointment- months later - and Vanessa puts me on hold for 5 mins - then transfers me to another person that gives me attitude because of a note on their computer! Excuse me -might I remind Reception they were discourteous to me. They couldn’t be bothered to call me to inform me that my scheduled instructor was unavailable. I did accept another instructor. So they got paid. How dare you give me attitude today for your unprofessional behaviour!!! We won’t be back ever! You need to train your staff to take responsibility and apologise for their unprofessional behaviour!! We won’t be back because your focus is in the wrong place.

Tried to cancel 2 days before and they wouldn't allow me and kept my money... Please be careful once locked in your money is gone

Helped me get my riders licence. Very knowledgable people who know their bikes. Service is top notch.
