I can not recommend this company at all. they took 6 months to complete our kitchen, they got the stone and door colour wrong. The rudest customer service lady would not admit she made a big mistake and kept blaming my wife. After a lot of verbal abuse from customer service my wife was left in tears and refused to have any contact with her. Luckily the General manager and factory foreman attended, admitted it was the companies fault and fixed it immediately. They apologised for the customer service lady but explained that she is always like that and never admits to making mistakes, she is just like that unfortunately.
The rudest receptionist, customer service lady i have ever met. Kept cancelling appointments for a quote, once i decided to go ahead she couldn't seem more desperate to get my 50% deposit. then she tried to ask me to pay cash. Once my deposit was made she then told me that i would have to wait an extra 2 months to get my kitchen rather than the date i was told i would get the day before i paid the deposit. No refund, no contract and no insurance , apparently they don't need to supply any of that because they are owned by a building company and are exempt from all the normal consumer laws. Not good enough Hartnett Cabinets
