Friendly staff good service good prices

We recently purchased a stick vac from Harvey Norman. Found staff to be very helpful an friendly.

I went searching for a new Laptop Computer last week, checked out most of the major suppliers at Charlestown and Kotara, but none had the particular model in stock that I was after. Ended up finding it at Harvey Norman, who had plenty of Stock. Harvey N were happy to match an on-line price from a competitor, and even threw in some free anti-virus software. The thing that I like about this Store is that it is so big they have plenty of Stock out the back, no need to order things in like the other Stores offered to do. Good service, good price, and they actually had what I was searching for.

Computer department; I would strongly never recommend this place. After 4 monthsof waiting to get the computer delovered, it was daulty. I had 3 repairs in teh frst 12 months, each time with the manager being exceptionally rude about it. I have a 4 year warranty and he has refused to assist, bullied, tried to blackmail and shame me if I out his lousy and nastily delivered service. His lack of assistance has destroyed much of my business and cost me thousands. I now use an old computer I already had with the A drive ! That old, rather than use my warranteed laptop. I know proces can get tempting here, but do you need the insults, sexism, threats and disgraceful customer service? The faulty computer became a small issue compared to the disgraceful service. Even head office only refers me back to the same (mis)manager.

I recently purchased a washing machine from here & was very happy with the deal I received. I'd looked around at a few places & ended up buying from here because it was several hundred dollars cheaper for the same model. They have a great range of appliances & you can usually always negotiate a price with them.They also offer a delivery service for a small fee & they have plenty of staff working so you don't have to wait long to be served.Will buy from here again.

Okay so, I have had mixed experiences with Harvey Norman at Bennetts Green. They do great deals for multi buys and packaging, however, if you need advice and options, they can be very pushy to make you buy what THEY want you to buy, instead of showing you the options.

We have done business with Harvey Norman Bennetts Green a couple times now. The first time we were ordering a vacuum cleaner online which we ended up doing the deal over email. Customer service online was great but when we went down to pick up the vacuum they couldn't find it. I'd been told by the lady if she wasn't there where the vac and bags could be found. She wasn't there and though I'd told the staff several times they still couldn't find it... I think we were there about 20 minutes before they found the vac and bags which had been set aside.

The price and quality is about what you would expect to get from Harvey Norman, Service is generally good though can be a little slow they are mostly friendly.

Overall a good place to shop for electrical, though it pays to look online first to get the best prices!

We purchase most of our white goods and electrical items here, they are always only to happy to negotiate prices, i always get a price either online or from another store and they usually beat the price or match it. Don't be scared to asked them for their best price you will be surprised how much they can take off full ticketed items. Most of the time we have been attended to pretty quickly but there have been times where they have been flat out and we've had to go looking for help.

Gave me a very competitive price on my laptop and put in a fair few extras as well.

competitive prices, friendly staff only problem I found was that some of the music was too loud and had trouble hearing what the salesperson was saying otherwise all was good
